The Kingdom of God
We know from Scripture that God’s Kingdom is vastly different from any kingdom we see on earth.
God’s Kingdom is described in a few places in the Old Testament, but over a hundred times in the New Testament. Evidently, the appearance of Emanuel, God with us, Jesus Christ, had much to do with bringing the Kingdom of God
to the attention of mankind. We will look into the Scriptures at the attributes of God’s Kingdom in the Old Testament,
and see what kingdom the Jews were expecting in the time of Christ.
Then we will see the attributes of God’s Kingdom as presented in the New Testament –
when God Himself comes to earth.
